Job Description

Job Profile We are searching for a detail-oriented, dependable Plant technician to join our growing team. The technician's responsibilities include monitoring and servicing systems, diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems, and repairing or replacing faulty equipment. Technician Responsibilities:

• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
• Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations
• Monitoring and overseeing plant operations.
• Assisting with startup, shutdown, and operations of facility equipment.
• Identifying problems that arise and resolving them.
• Ensuring that safety and environmental rules and programs are strictly adhered to.
• Conceptualizing and recommending plant improvement strategies.
• Performing preventative and maintenance measures.
• Observe gauges, dials, switches, alarms, and other indicators to ensure that all machines are working properly.
• Maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.

• Fabricating any components required.
• Providing time and material cost estimates before starting a job.

• Technician Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Trade certificate in Mecanical , Electrical & Eletronics & Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience 2- 4 years as a technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.

• Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
• An understanding of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good Communication Skills in HINDI & ENGLISH
