Job purpose:

To perform Rust proofing job on customer vehicles as per the standards

Job responsibilities:

Financials


Achieve set target for Sold Hours, Efficiency, Productivity & Overall Utilization

Strategic Implementation

Perform the rust proof jobs as per manufacturer's standard and comply with work instructions manuals Remove dirt and debris from the vehicle and apply rustproofing primer

Customer Journey

F1 - Fix it Right First Time Completion of job within allotted time Handling of customer's vehicle in a safely manner

Stakeholder Management

Remain in constant communication with Team Leader to ensure tasks stay on schedule and are completed per the standards

Learning & Growth

Ensure to use protective covers for customer vehicles Cleanliness of work area Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job

Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance

Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly followed as per SOP and safety gears used at workplace (personal safety/equipment safety/customer's vehicle etc

Educational Qualification

Higher secondary or Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

3 years minimum experience in Dealership with minimum 2 years on Tint jobs

Competencies

Precision to carry out the tasks

Languages

Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
