Role Summary
The Technician is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of store assets, accurate activity logging, and coordination with service providers to maintain optimal functionality across hypermarket facilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance of store assets according to the planned maintenance schedule and instructions from the Store Facility Manager
• Carry out corrective maintenance actions as required to restore asset functionality
• Report asset malfunctions promptly to the Store Facility Manager
• Log all maintenance activities accurately using standard documentation
• Follow up with service providers to ensure maintenance execution aligns with annual maintenance contract standards
• Maintain consistency in preventive maintenance practices
• Keep maintenance logs up to date for all assets
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance technical and leadership skills relevant to the role

Ideal Profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or technician role
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Attentive, proactive, and action-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
