Job Summary

The CAD Technician, performs complex drafting assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations as per the site conditions. Ensures that the given jobs are completed on time and comply with the Authority requirements. Follows specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines for drafting assignments. Minimal instruction on daily work and general instructions on new assignments. Develops and distributes prints and exports for team coordination & final drawing deliverables. Performs QA & QC on discipline drawings. Understands procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Ability to create the QA/QC to get the GIS data approved by the Authorities. Communicates with clarity and purpose. Listens and learns from others. Operates with the highest standards of integrity always . Makes safety a priority. Supports colleagues and works across team boundaries to deliver. Proactively looks for opportunities to add value and produces high-quality work. Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner, objectives met and takes accountability for results.

Minimum Requirements

Must have experience in Drafting experience in Landscape Architecture, Urbanism, or other relevant area of expertise. Successful candidates must have 7+ years of experience
