Key Responsibilities:
? Install and configure ONT, routers, telephones, and IPTV at customer locations.
? Perform fibre optic splicing, termination, and troubleshooting as required.
? Conduct service activation, testing, and quality verification before handover to the
customer.
? Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding equipment usage.
? Attend, resolve, and close service requests and complaints within KPI timelines.
? Diagnose and resolve faults related to GPON, internet, voice, and TV services.
? Ensure installation and repair work is carried out in compliance with Etisalat quality and
safety standards.
? Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of completed tasks through mobile
applications or systems.
? Coordinate with supervisors, NOC, and backend teams for escalations and complex
issues.
? Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
