Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have good English communication skills, both written and verbal. The selected candidate would be required to have attention to detail and excellent time management skills. To be considered for this position, you should have completed an Automotive Technical Qualification. The selected candidate will be responsible for Troubleshooting and repair of customer vehicles that require diagnoses in a timely and efficient manner Organizing, planning and ensuring optimum usage of resources required for job completion in an efficient manner. Ensuring all vehicle components are properly fitted and compressed as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's guidelines. Managing test drives for customer vehicles to diagnose malfunctions. Maintaining cleanliness of customer's vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times. Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual and all other job-related duties, as assigned.
