Technician
Job Description
Technicians have the following duties and responsibilities:
Install and configure the problem of the product
Technicians install products, ensuring they function correctly. They perform routine maintenance to prevent malfunctions and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Monitor system and network performance and troubleshoot issues
Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure systems are operating optimally
Assist clients and guiding them through steps to solve technical problems
Repair or replace damaged hardware and rectify issues
Provide detailed reports on the status of the product.
Ensure data security by setting up firewalls and password protection
Technicians must adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing their duties to ensure a safe working environment.
Salary range from aed 2,000-2,500
