Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Cabling Technician
to install, maintain, and repair voice and data cabling systems across various settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with structured cabling systems and a solid understanding of network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
Install, terminate, test, and label Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cables. Set up telecommunications infrastructure and equipment such as routers, switches, and patch panels. Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of network and voice cabling. Conduct site surveys to determine cabling needs and installation plans. Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Document cabling layouts, test results, and completed installations. Work independently or as part of a team on small to large-scale cabling projects. Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
