Job Description

OBJECTIVE:

Troubleshooting Power Generators malfunctions at field and workshop. Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning Power Generators, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment. Prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs, responsible to test and document the proper operating parameters of the Generators.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and carry out major overhauls, troubleshoots and mechanical repairs for diesel engines, as outlined in the Manufacturer's Service Manual or other published information in the workshop and in the field. Troubleshoot of all electrical problems in Diesel generators. Note and report all defects, damage, misuse, abuse or lack of maintenance on the equipment inspected in the field and the workshop. Submit accurate and complete Inspection Reports, as required by the Service procedures. Performs troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, calibrations, and replacement of equipment as necessary. Strictly follow safety rules and precautions to protect himself, the others and the equipment he works on and keep the workshop in a clean & tidy environment. Establish a presentable image for both himself and the Company in front of Customers. Perform and provide technical support for installation and maintenance teams. Evaluate the reusability of Parts, prepare Parts List using the supplier parts manual. Responsible for minor and major mechanical repairs in Mechanical and Electrical systems. Ensure to Maintain the Company vehicles and tools in a clean & orderly condition. Any other responsibilities as assigned by the superiors and management from time to time.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
