Scope of work
:Perform routine and preventive maintenance of tissue machines as per schedule. Troubleshoot and respond quickly to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime. Understand and work with basic pneumatic systems and electrical circuits. Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled systems. Familiarity with maintenance tools. Document maintenance activities and report any recurring issues or concerns. Support production operations by ensuring machinery runs smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
:Minimum 2 years of experience working with tissue machines. Good understanding of basic pneumatics, electrical circuits, and PLC fundamentals. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to follow preventive maintenance schedules. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
