Job Description

We are looking for MEP Technicians with a solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing principles, as well as knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures. He should be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and follow instructions. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment are also important for success in this role. & Responsibilities.

• You are responsible for the regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a building
• Assisting in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, switches, panels, and electrical equipment
• You are responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor the operation of systems, conduct inspections, and perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
• Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Repair and Replacement of components or equipment within MEP systems if needed.
• Disassembling and reassembling machinery, replacing faulty parts, or coordinating with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs.
• adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of occupants and the proper functioning of systems.
• maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and facilities management personnel.
• coordinate with team members to schedule maintenance activities, address urgent issues, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the building\'s MEP systems.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in MEP systems, technologies, and industry best practices is essential for an MEP technician.

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent in electrical field
• Minimum 3 Year experience in UAE as MEP Technician.
• Experience in electrical system design and implementation
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• UAE Driving licence

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:

• Maintenance Technician: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
• HVAC, building maintenance technology Certificate (Preferred)
