Key Skills Required:

The Commercial Laundry Equipment Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial laundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. This role involves troubleshooting issues, completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, etc.).

Troubleshoot malfunctions to resolve issues efficiently.

Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.

Inspect and test machinery to evaluate performance.

Order and replace defective parts while managing inventory.

Prepare and submit detailed service reports.

Train clients on equipment usage and maintenance practices.

Collaborate with technicians for major repairs.

Communicate updates on repairs and maintenance to customers.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Maintain tools and report any damages to management.
