POSITION TITLE: Junior Civil 3D Technician
BUSINESS UNIT: Civil Infrastructure
BRANCH / LOCATION: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
REPORTS TO: Production Manager/ Project(s) Leader Senior Technician
SUPERVISES: Not Applicable
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: GSCE's or equivalent in Maths, English, Science
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
REQUIRED PROF. MEMBERSHIIPS: Not Applicable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production of CAD drawings from concept through scheme to detail stages of design under supervision of senior technicians.
- Develop 2D and 3D design models using Civil 3D software.
- Providing support to engineers
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and drawings, ensuring version control and proper documentation practices.
- Drawing filing in conjunction with the document controller if required.
- Ensure compliance with project/ RBG Drafting manual & company standards.
- Execution of all duties is to an acceptable/high standard.
- Creation and maintenance of 'team' environment within the drafting team, aligned to RBG values.
- Good computer Literacy
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- Interest in Computational Design, skills in Dynamo and Grasshopper.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of drawings and modelling work.
