About The Role
In this role, you will demonstrate the knowledge of fixing decorative ceramic tiles, marble works, wall plastering, concrete mixing and shuttering, fixing of road paving tiles and grouting work. You will be responsible to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, public areas, exterior features. etc. You will have to carry out Conditional Based Maintenance as assigned and follow through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals. The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have experience with trades associated with Facilities Maintenance which involves a strong understanding of skills such as rectification, diagnostic, and troubleshooting. You will have the ability to sustain your assigned area of the property in adherence to the facilities procedures. Your technical diploma or trade school certification and experience in background preventative and reactive maintenance will ensure everything is up and running in no time.
