Technical Trainer

Job Description
Role Purpose:
To design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs for internal staff, partners, and clients, with a focus on automation systems and industrial software (e.g., SCADA, MES, Historian, AI tools, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on technical training sessions (ILT, VILT, and hybrid) on automation platforms, industrial software, and digital transformation tools. Develop and maintain training materials, labs, and course documentation Support the creation of self-paced and on-demand learning modules (videos, assessments, eBooks). Maintain the LMS and it's integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Automation/Computer/software Engineering or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in automation, control systems, or industrial software. Exposure to tools like AVEVA (InTouch, System Platform), Siemens, Rockwell, or similar is a plus Passion for teaching, learning, and digital technologies. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences. Comfortable delivering both online and in-person training. Familiarity with modern LMS platforms (TalentLMS, Moodle, etc.) and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams). is a plus Knowledge in automation Standard (ISA, IEC, Kaisan...) is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
