Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT supervisor to join our excellent team. Supervising and training team, analyzing existing processes, preparing reports, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks are all part of the IT supervisor's responsibilities. Additionally, you should be able to develop optimization strategies and provide excellent customer service. Having an ability to quickly diagnose tech-related problems and stay abreast of developments in your field will help you succeed as an IT supervisor. Capable of meeting deadlines and keeping their team focused during stressful situations. IT Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Developing and overseeing the installation of systems, which include software and hardware.
• Performing tests and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance.
• Implementing safety procedures and data recovery plans.
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
• Developing user manuals, as well as policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Collaborating with other departments and professionals in the development of IT systems.

• Ensuring all installations, maintenance, and upgrades are carried out on schedule and to client specifications.
• Delegating tasks and developing budgets and work schedules.
• Staying up-to-date with field advancements and ensuring the team receives refresher training as well.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Proven work experience as a Mobile developer & Web Designer
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with OOP design principles
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
• Fixing bugs and performance problems
• Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions
• Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking, specifically Retrofit, axios, Alamofire, etc.
• Familiarity with the JSON format
• Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of architectural patterns—MVP, MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture—and the ability to choose the best solution for the app
• Familiarity with Git
• Familiarity with push notifications
• Understanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differences
• Proficiency in Android/Python/C/C++/Scala/Flutter/React Native/Kotlin/Java/Swift/Angular/JavaScript/C#, whichever language you use in the app
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up to date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
