Key Responsibilities: . Working as system engineer in a contact center environment for minimum of 5+ years . Genesys Pure Engage Contact center system experience including: o Management framework o SIP Server o GVP o Real time reporting o Historical reporting o GIR Recording o Outbound dialers o WFM o Routing (URS/ORS) o Social media o Multimedia o WSD o Composer (IVR & Routing Strategies). . Genesys Cloud Experience. . Linux experience. . Windows server experience. . Good knowledge of SQL . Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills. .
