Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the diagnosis, repair, and overhaul of heavy construction equipment, including excavator, loaders, dozers, and specially, concrete pumps.
Perform root cause analysis for complex mechanical and hydraulic.
Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extended equipment life cycles.
Concrete pump specialization.
Provide experience technical support for concrete pump systems, including troubleshooting issues related to hydraulic circuits, pumping mechanisms. (e.g., Putzmeister, Schwing, Sany, CIFA.
Oversee the calibration, and testing of concrete pumps ensure optimal performance, adherence to manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed report records of all maintenance and and repair activities including service reports and parts consumption.
Prepare regular performance report on equipment reliability, maintenance costs,a nd workshop efficiency.
Comminucate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding technical issues, repair progress, and proposed solutions.
