Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, VoIP Phones, Projectors and scanners Troubleshooting System, network, printer issues. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Documents hardware and software updates. Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time Prepare accurate and timely reports Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
