Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of medical furniture, including manual and powered wheelchairs, lifts, and other mobility equipment. Provide technical support to customers regarding equipment use, troubleshooting steps, and repair processes. Conduct inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and compliance with industry standards. Document repair activities, parts used, service reports, and customer interactions in accordance with company procedures. Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to order parts, schedule service appointments, and resolve technical issues. Assist with equipment setup, installation, and configuration for clients as needed. Ensure timely, professional, and customer-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

Proven experience in repairing power wheelchairs, mobility devices, or similar mechanical equipment. Familiarity with common wheelchair components: motors, batteries, control modules, frames, and seating systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and perform hands-on repairs safely and accurately.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
