We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team as Technical Support Specialist, based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will provide engineering and technical support to the sales team with the objective of business demand generation. The Tech-Support Engineer (TSE) will use his/her subject-matter knowledge to influence customers toward Honeywell Products and solutions to deliver our business objectives and contribute with the business growth. Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities
  • Use your knowledge to complete tender documents in compliance with international standards & Local Authority Guidelines & Regulations and meet the project specifications.
  • Coordinate with technical, marketing, and regulatory teams as needed to source required data before releasing the documents to sales for submission to customers.
  • conduct design and estimation trainings for Honeywell partners and clients and coordinate with sales team to attend meetings to support sales in securing the projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or any other engineering or technology-related discipline.
  • Experience or skills in customer-related sales support activities, analyzing customer business needs, and designing solutions to address client needs will be appreciated.
  • Working knowledge of Fire Systems
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, results orientated and problem solver with a positive outlook
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing schedules and customer requirements
