WHAT'S THE ROLE?
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to our customers and field teams by providing value added engineering services. You will support the field engineering teams by providing engineering calculations, preparation of material take-off and bill of quantities.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a Technical Support Engineer at Hilti, you will play a key role in providing expert technical assistance and ensuring seamless
support for customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities include:
Developing technical expertise within Hilti Stores and Customer Service.
Collaborating with Marketing and Project Management to produce high-quality technical documents.
Preparing and maintaining Technical Submittals, warranties, consultant comments, and certifications.
Updating datasheets, third-party test reports, and other critical documentation.
Supporting field teams with Bill of Quantities and Anchor/Rebar designs.
Managing and updating the engineering folder with approvals, specifications, and datasheets.
Handling certification renewals (ADCE, DEWA, ADCO) and vendor list updates.
Providing real-time technical support to customers via phone.
This role ensures technical excellence, compliance, and high-quality engineering documentation while supporting Hilti's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
