The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers. Good knowledge in ADMCC regulations and MCC certified. Will be able to diagnose and resolve hardware, software issues and design a solutions as customer requirements. Provide guidance on product training. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner. A minimum of 3-4 years of installation and maintenance experience in the following areas:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. Driving License:
A valid UAE Car Driving License Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
- CCTV surveillance solutions including analog / IP cameras and DVR / NVR
- Door access control, Time Attendance System readers and magnetic locks
- Intruder/burglar alarm solutions
- Video Intercom Systems
