Position : Technical Support Consultant - Retail Banking
Location : United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi
Experience : 5- 7 years
Employment Type : Contractual 12 Months (Extendable) Job Role & Responsibilities : - Provide Technical Support / Consultation for ITM areas' related Projects/Enhancements and application support BAU. - Provide technical Support Activities for the below Systems and Applications:
o Vynamic Marketing
o Vynamic View
o Vynamic Teller Application
o Vynamic Connections "ProFlex4"
o Vynamic Transaction Manager - Provide technical support during ITM _ Enhancements _ Phase 2. - Closely work with vendors to deliver the developed changes in SIT, supervie UAT until production deployment . - Ensure the application of SDLC Standards by their team members. Job Type: Contract
