Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of all ongoing jobs and workshop activities
- Responsible for proper planning and scheduling for workshop activities and onboard & offshore jobs including maintenance, repair, validation and calibration
- Supervise the work of technicians providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Assign jobs to engineers and technicians as per job tracking sheet with proper planning
- Providing technical expertise during onsite customer visits, meetings and supporting training events
- Ensure impartiality and confidentiality of job scope activities
- Reporting statement of conformity, opinions and interpretations based on customer requirements
- Responsible for Class audits & contacting surveyor for ongoing jobs as and when required
- Responsible to coordinate with the Sales team to ensure that jobs are completed as per customer requirements.
- Responsible to ensure that all job activities are carried out as per the latest IMO standards and manufacture requirements.
- Responsible for updating the list of standards on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring that where applicable an adequate control system in place and maintained.
- Review and check all worksheets/service reports properly.
- Servicing of LSA/FFA Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s onboard vessels/Rigs: 3 years (Required)
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
