TECHNICAL STOREKEEPER
DUBAI
LOOKING FOR AN IMMEDIATE JOINER.
Duties & Responsibilities: PREFERRED SOMEONE WITH FM BACKGROUND
Maintaining proper account of incoming and outgoing goods in the store's sections.
Monitoring stock cards every day of the stock goods from stores and physically checking of all received
goods from the delivery notes of the respective purchase orders.
Keeping eagle's eyes on the stocks of goods available in the store like Tools, Mechanical, Plumbing,
Civil, Carpentry, Specialized items (like Fire related spares, Electronic spares), and PPE section of the store.
Making requests of Goods in time with PR (purchase request) and sent to the Store Manager for approval which is Low levels of the stock. Taking care of all types of activities like taking care of store Damaged / Shortage goods, availability of
goods in time, proper care, and also well manage the store operatives and make proper records of
incoming and outgoing goods.
Arranging warehouse in good condition, maintaining the Minimum stock level / Maximum stock level
Analyzing past consumption of goods before raising purchase requests.
Making System transfer of the items going from store to another locations or sites.
Verifying incoming/outgoing and daily stock on hand, following the delivery schedule as per purchase
orders or purchase requests.
Preparing the list of fast-moving / slow-moving items and not usable materials.
Maintaining proper documents like receipt and issue.
.Preparing an inventory of the stock items weekly and aware of the purchasing department.
Coordinating with the purchasing department and project Manager.
.Doing manual checking of Stock monthly once. Attending stock checkers and auditors.
Arranging good housekeeping every day in the stores and warehouse.
Monthly QHSE Inspection for the Store / Warehouse. Adherence of safety-related measures.
Preparing time sheet of the store operatives. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
