to drive technical specifications and pre-sales activities. This pivotal role requires a background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in building materials. Collaborate with consultants, architects, and project teams to provide technical support from design to execution. Provide product specs, datasheets, drawings, and system recommendations tailored to project needs. Follow up on projects, offer technical clarifications, and assist in product selection. Support vendor registrations, submittals, and alternative proposals. Deliver technical presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions to increase solution awareness.
Skills Attributes Required:
Strong technical writing and customer engagement skills. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 6-8 years' experience in technical sales, MEP design, or specification support.. Proven experience working with consultants and design engineers in the construction industry..
