Technical Specialist - Implementation & Customer Support
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Technical Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the entire setup process for new customers, including needs analysis, system configuration, training, and ongoing support.
About the Role:
You will ensure a smooth implementation of our hardware and software solutions, tailored to each customer's needs. The role includes connecting system components based on wiring diagrams and IP plans, collecting signals, configuring software, and providing training and support. You will act as a key link between technical teams and end-users, ensuring the system works as intended.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute customer implementation projects
• Analyze customer needs and configure systems accordingly
• Provide training and technical support throughout the process
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Document configurations and processes
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and support teams
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Regular travel may be required for customer meetings.
We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar technical role within the public transport sector.
• Strong technical understanding of software and hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
• Great communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Relevant degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is an advantage
