Outsourced Technical Specialist Companion Animal

is responsible for providing technical support to customers and conducting training sessions. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Training

Provide technical expertise on products (e.g., vaccines, pharmaceutical, diagnostics) to distributors and end users. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge and application.

Demand Generation

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute technical campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption. Identify market needs and translate them into technical value propositions. Participate in events and seminars to promote the brand and products.

Distributor Enablement

Equip distributors with technical selling tools, FAQs, and objection-handling guides. Conduct joint customer visits to provide credibility and close sales. Monitor and support distributor performance from a technical perspective.

End-User Engagement

Provide on-site support to veterinarians, clinics to troubleshoot issues and optimize product use. * Develop customized protocols or solutions based on specific clinic needs.
