Job Description

We are looking for a

highly capable and hands-on technical professional

to act as the key interface between our internal team and external software development partners. This role involves owning the technical communication with external developers, defining and reviewing requirements, and ensuring that deliverables meet business needs for our upcoming

mobility platform

.

In addition, the role includes supporting the

integration and commissioning

of

mobility and smart technology solutions

on-site when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, document, and communicate

technical requirements

(software, APIs, database, web services) to third-party developers. Coordinate and follow up with external developers to ensure progress, alignment, and quality of deliverables. Work on system integrations, especially API-driven workflows across platforms and services Assist in troubleshooting and coordination related to smart sensors and field devices (as needed) Conduct system validation,

end-to-end testing

, and integration between hardware and platform software.

Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

and system rollout processes

Conduct or support training sessions and technical onboarding for users or client teams

Contribute to testing and validation efforts, particularly in end-to-end data and API flows Participate in

solution architecture design

and validation. Review, test, and validate software components and integration points. Provide

technical oversight

during development sprints. Support with

onsite deployment, integration, and commissioning

of smart mobility or smart city solutions. Prepare and maintain

technical documentation

, deployment manuals, and test reports. Support

project coordination

, ensuring alignment between field activities, product development, and operational goals. Provide regular feedback on platform performance and usability based on field observations. Ensure configurations, network settings, and systems are correctly implemented and documented. Ensure compliance with system specifications, security standards, and scalability requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, and web services.

Experience with system integration, middleware, and data flow design. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Hands-on experience in working with

external vendors or development teams.

Background in

mobility, smart city, IoT, or related technologies

is a strong advantage. Good communication skills and ability to work under minimal supervision. Experience in smart mobility, transportation tech, or urban infrastructure projects Knowledge of protocols like MQTT, WebSockets, Modbus, etc. Willingness to participate in

field/on-site integration and testing

. Strong understanding of:

Front-end

Databases

: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis), others

Cloud platforms

DevOps basics

: Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, others

Basic AI/ML understanding

for platform integration (not model development), others

English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.
