We are currently looking for a Technical Service Lead to join us at our facility in Tanger (Morocco).

Key responsibilities: Direct and manage daily coating process operations. Lead and assist production in all coating quality and process related topics and issues. Monitor and reduce process variation using SPC tools. Interact with customer Quality team to correct, contain, and resolve product quality defects. Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance. Support new model/product/material introductions in coordination with Design, launch, Quality, and other parties as needed. Oversee assigned staff activity and performance. Screen, interview and manage the onboarding process of new hires.

Key requirements: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive coating industry (OEM preferably). Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues. Good quality management proficiency (QRQC, 8D, SPC ...). Ability to work in rapidly changing environment with minimal guidance, self-starter, yet team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French, English, German is a plus)
