I. As part of the \xe2\x80\x9cTechnical Service\xe2\x80\x9d team, provides the customer the technical solution and to enhance customer satisfaction. II. To conduct the trial of new development product or products, new to the customer at the customers manufacturing locations to ensure the delivery of the required performance of the product. III. To provide the detailed trial outcome to the R&D /Operations team to allow the refinement of the products. IV. To conduct the various tests on the converted products or on the competitor\xe2\x80\x99s film and submit the report from time to time. V. To arrange for and bring in the converting/end user awareness to the operators and other employees through trainings/discussions. VI. Regularly meet with the other members of the Account Management Team to discuss customer related issues, as the ideas to avoid them in the future. VII. To extend the technical support to the sales team for developing new customer or market. VIII. To investigate, analyze and to resolve any quality claim received from the customer. IX. To implement and monitor the corrective actions after discussing with QC and Operations team to avoid any recurrence of any quality problem at the customer\xe2\x80\x99s end. X. To assist the team in preparing a monthly report to provide information on performance, highlights and lowlights, competitor activity, internal and external problems with suggested solutions and ideas for new business and products. The jobholder should have a technical background/education to university level and have kept up with technical advances in the packaging/plastics industry. He/she should be fluent in spoken and written English and be able to effectively communicate to people of all levels and cultural backgrounds, having highly developed interpersonal skills. He should be capable of delivering effective presentations to a wide audience. The jobholder should have a minimum of two to three years experience within the flexible packaging industry preferably with a strong technical ability.
