Job Objective

We are seeking a

female Technical Sales Executive

based in

Dubai

with a strong

technical background

to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, gathering their requirements, and delivering tailored product demonstrations. It is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, confident in communication, and eager to be part of a growing remote-first team. Occasional office or client site visits may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales

Act as the first point of contact for new leads and online inquiries Conduct

discovery calls

to understand client requirements Drive

online sales communication

, follow-ups, and lead qualification

Requirement Gathering & Demo

Capture and document business and technical needs from clients Deliver

technical product demonstrations

remotely (in-person demos may be required occasionally) Provide clear, consultative guidance aligned with the client's use case

Internal Coordination

Communicate gathered requirements with internal technical and sales teams Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for implementation or advanced support Provide feedback to refine sales materials and demo processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

Information Technology

,

Engineering

, or a similar field 0-3 years of experience in

technical sales

,

pre-sales

, or client-facing technical roles Strong ability to explain software products in a clear and engaging manner Excellent spoken and written communication skills Self-driven and organized with the ability to work independently in a

remote

environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Familiarity with

POS

ERP

SaaS

solutions is a plus

Work Environment

Primarily a

remote role

UAE business hours

Must be based in

Dubai
