We are looking for a Technical sales executive to join in our Survey equipment distribution company.

Conduct onsite Product training for survey devices (Total station, GPS) if required
Demonstrate the device technical/ software/ hardware specification to the customer.
Resolve timely all customer complaints through phone, email or chat.
Troubleshoot the device if any software or hardware issues.
Identify any tolerance value variation caused to device, if so, recommend customer for service.
Stay updated with advancements in surveying technology and industry best practice.
Provide technical expertise guidance on survey devices.
