Tricom is a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialty chemicals, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are focused on chemicals and ingredients which are targeted towards Specialty Process Industries. The Technical Sales Engineer based at our office in Dubai will fulfill the expansion requirements of our sales team within the Water Treatment & Oilfield Chemicals division. This B2B sales role will require the candidate to actively seek new accounts, opportunities and business in the local and international markets. This will require prospecting, analyzing, and calling multiple levels of contacts or customer to generate new leads, negotiating pricing and successfully closing deals on all available opportunities. In addition, the candidate would be expected to be successful at building strong and lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities for the candidate will be both in-office and on field. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Chemistry/ Engineering or any relevant field
3 - 5 years of experience in chemical sales & service Industries
Ability and Experience with chemical sales for Cooling water, Boiler, RO water treatment & Water injection treatment (oilfield)
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build lasting customer and business relationships
Language skills: Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered favorably
Competence with relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting
