What We're Looking For:

Educational Requirements

: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Certification in diesel engine servicing or related qualifications is highly preferred.

Technical Skills & Experience

:2-3 years of hands-on experience in sales, service, or technical support for diesel generators and related equipment. Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical components, and generator control panels. Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools and software.

Sales & Customer Service Experience

:Proven experience in technical sales and customer relations in an industrial or technical environment. Strong ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored generator solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain relationships with key industrial, commercial, and residential customers to promote diesel generator solutions.

Business Development

: Drive new business opportunities, expand market share, and increase sales for diesel generators and related equipment.

Technical Consultations:

Offer expert advice on the best generator solutions based on customer requirements.

Presentations & Proposals

: Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotes to potential clients.

Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure

: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales deals.

Sales Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Marketing Collaboration

: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to boost sales growth.

Service Responsibilities:

Technical Support

: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with diesel generators and associated systems.

Customer Guidance

: Advise customers on generator operation, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Breakdown & Issue Management

: Provide on-site support for breakdowns or critical service issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
