About the Job




We are looking for a highly skilled

Technical Recruitment Specialist

who is passionate about identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT roles, recruitment best practices, and sourcing strategies, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring process for our European clients.

Technical Profile / Your Duties



Deliver

assigned recruitment tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.


Stay up to date

with the latest recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and industry trends to meet client hiring needs.


Document

the recruitment process, candidate pipelines, and role requirements for easy reference and collaboration.

Communicate effectively

with hiring managers, candidates, and the team to ensure transparency, alignment, and smooth workflow.

Manage time efficiently

by allocating 25%-30% to research, sourcing innovation, and learning, and 70%-75% to hands-on recruitment activities.

Provide insights

by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing hiring metrics, market intelligence, and candidate feedback.

Follow

all NDA and data protection regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of candidate and client information.





Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Europe.



Build and maintain pipelines for software engineers, QA, DevOps, cloud, product, and other technical positions.


Conduct detailed CV screening and competency-based interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.


Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, expectations, and timelines.


Utilize advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search, headhunting, social platforms, and talent mapping.


Drive an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and personalized interactions.


Prepare recruitment reports, market insights, and analytics for internal and client presentations.


Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company in recruitment events when needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications




Strong experience in technical recruitment, preferably within software development environments.


Familiarity with Agile teams, software engineering roles, and modern tech stacks.


Proficiency in Boolean search, sourcing tools, and ATS systems.


Excellent command of English (spoken and written).


Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates effectively with job requirements.


High attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.


Experience recruiting for European or international clients is a plus.
