Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical competencies
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field
2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within IT services or tech startups
Strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity)
Familiarity with technical screening tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Arabic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
