Overall Role Purpose To assist in managing technical records of the aircraft & its components, accurate computation, recording & updating of aircraft & engines data on ERP software ensuring DHL Aviation EEMEA has comprehensive Technical Records continued airworthiness support

Your Tasks: Liaise with the Quality Department as appropriate to ensure that all the regulatory requirements are met. Responsible for recording the TRAX Computer System, maintenance actions performed on each engine and aircraft. Also responsible for ensuring that all related logbooks and other technical records entries are made and signed by appropriate and authorized persons. When necessary, produce historical and service reports of each part tracked by TRAX system and documentary evidence by way of serviceable tags to show removal / installation on an aircraft. Ensure that upon completion of inspection and maintenance of aircraft, engine and components the maintenance work package is collected, collated and checked for completeness. Responsible for daily publication of fleet up-to-date status including the forecast for the next due inspection, remaining time and type of inspection. Responsible for recording compliance of all work carried out including airworthiness directive, service bulletins and alert service bulletins pertaining to aircraft, engine, propeller and components. Ensuring adequate archiving all completed aircraft & engine technical records in an approved manner using STREAM software. Assist the Technical Records Supervisor to complete the required paperwork and submit to regulatory authorities for aircraft certificates of registration and airworthiness renewals. Upon purchase of a new aircraft, you will be responsible, in conjunction with the Technical Services Engineers, for setting up the aircraft type in the TRAX Computer system showing parts that have been controlled to date and informing the Engineering Manager of any discrepancies in parts that should be controlled, maintenance constraints or accompanying paperwork. Prepare and submit documents for aircraft redelivery as required. Prepare and produce Bi-weekly and monthly aircraft reports. Liaise with support services for the TRAX maintenance program to ensure system accuracy. Act as a user functional testing and managing airline applications like TRAX, STREAM and Electronic Technical Log (eTL). Be appointed as Technical Records representative onsite during C Checks ensuring real time updating of Workpack accomplishment on TRAX. Assists and assumes duties when called upon by the Technical Records Supervisor and/or Engineering Manager. Responsible for developing and maintaining departmental procedures and work processes. Assumes the function of the Technical records Supervisor during the Supervisor's absence. Periodically audits aircraft and engine records to ensure accuracy of components scheduled and subsequently confirms or corrects entries made as required. Monitor and resolve all daily aircraft maintenance discrepancies and work package data. Aircraft records verification for correct Time of Compliance and regulatory paperwork. Solution to missing aircraft maintenance paperwork and aircraft part transaction to achieve maximum serviceability on aircraft and parts. Liaise with Chief Inspector and Quality Assurance Manager for compliance with maintenance organization's record keeping.

Your Profile: Minimum of 3 years previous aircraft maintenance records experience. Bachelor's Degree or Engineering Diploma or Aircraft Maintenance Certification qualification. Should have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of software, particularly Powerpoint and Excel Familiarity with General Office Procedures Computer literate
