Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Proposal Writer in the field of Information Technology to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis at our Cairo office. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, writing, and coordinating high-quality technical and commercial proposals that accurately meet client requirements and reflect a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop compelling technical and financial proposals for Information Technology projects.

Review, analyze, and respond to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotations (RFPs / RFQs), ensuring full compliance with client specifications and requirements.

Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams to gather necessary inputs and transform technical information into clear, well-structured, and engaging proposal content.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professional formatting of all proposals.

Manage timelines effectively and ensure proposals are completed and submitted within specified deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven experience in technical proposal writing, preferably within the Information Technology or related technical fields.

Solid understanding of IT solutions, services, and technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong proficiency in Arabic.

Ability to work effectively within a structured office environment on a full-time basis.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
