Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Technical Project Lead

to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on client projects in Dubai while being a critical part of Bizinso's growth journey. Initial training will take place in Mumbai to familiarize you with project requirements, followed by permanent relocation to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Client Management

: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.

Team Coordination

: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Risk Management

: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.

Technical Expertise

: Provide technical guidance to teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Documentation

: Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience

: 4-6 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT services.

Technical Proficiency

: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies. Proficiency in MVC, Laravel, Django, PHP, Javascript, Vue JS, React Js, etc.

Leadership

: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Certifications

: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
