Train, guide, and support shift managers to ensure production runs efficiently and in line with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Prepare technical reports and carry out process analyses, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality.
Monitor and control key production stages, including raw material melting, centrifuge operations, binder preparation, and flue gas incineration.
Work closely with the process and quality teams to apply procedures and optimize production parameters during each shift.
Job Requirements
University degree in chemistry or another relevant technical discipline.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools and experience with SAP systems.
Previous experience in similar or related production roles is an advantage.
