Job Description

About the Role:

MAJOR is seeking an experienced

Technical Product Manager

to lead the development and implementation of a customer-facing mobile application. This role will serve as the key liaison between MAJOR's internal business teams and the external development partner, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and alignment on product goals.

The application will include three main modules:

Client Portal

- Real-time construction tracking, payment and document management, and marketing materials.

Partner Loyalty Program

- For brokers and partners to track benefits and rewards.

Post-Handover Services

- Service requests and rental management after project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into clear, structured tasks and communicate them to the development team. Serve as the bridge between MAJOR's internal teams (finance, operations) and the external development team. Manage product timelines, priorities, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of features. Maintain and update product documentation, backlog, and status reports. Participate in daily standups, reviews, and sync meetings with the development team. Track progress, identify blockers, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolutions. Ensure all product implementations align with agreed specifications and user expectations. Uphold transparent reporting and maintain consistent communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in Product Management or Project Management for digital products. Strong experience working with

technical documentation

,

UI/UX teams

, and understanding

API logic

. Proven track record in managing

client-facing mobile applications

(B2C). Familiarity with

CRM and ERP systems

and

third-party API integrations

. Strong communication skills, structural thinking, and attention to detail. Experience working in a

cross-functional and distributed team

environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
