Job Description

Our client, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation, electrification, and digitalization solutions, is seeking an experienced

Technical Planner

to support planning, scheduling, and coordination of technical activities for short- to medium-term contractual assignments. Both

onsite and remote support options

are acceptable. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent planning skills, and experience working in fast-paced project environments.

6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling:

Develop daily, weekly, and long-term schedules for maintenance, installation, and fabrication activities. Resource Coordination: Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate closely with internal technical teams.

Documentation & Drawings

: Prepare job cards, work instructions, technical documentation, CAD drawings, and progress reports.

Monitoring & Reporting:

Track job progress, monitor schedules, analyze performance metrics, and report on cost and timeline adherence.

Technical Support:

Act as a bridge between engineering/design teams and site execution, providing technical input as required.

Process Improvement

: Analyze historical data to identify efficiency improvements and implement optimized planning solutions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or technical background in

Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Strong

organizational, planning, and prioritization

skills Proficiency in

planning tools

(MS Project, Primavera) Working knowledge of

CAD tools

Experience with

project controls

(budgeting, scope, baseline management) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to perform effectively in

high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in maintenance, industrial, or technical project environments Exposure to both onsite execution and remote planning support models
