Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure projects (utilities and road works).
Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with UAE infrastructure regulations and standards is a plus.
