Role Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Technical Office Engineer

to oversee day-to-day operational activities at ColourZone. This role combines financial oversight with practical coordination to ensure projects, purchases, and logistics are managed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Shop Drawings Preparation & Coordination Material Submittals & Approvals Quantity Surveying / Take-Offs RFIs (Requests for Information) Project Documentation Coordination with Site & Consultants Planning and Scheduling Support Quality & Standards Assurance

Operations:

Oversee material orders, stock levels, and supplier coordination Track project costs, timelines, and payment collections Support project documentation, delivery notes, and internal reporting Liaise with site teams to ensure workflow and logistics are on track Coordinate between departments to support smooth execution

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in accounts and/or operations (construction or contracting industry preferred) Strong knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Experience in the UAE market

Preferred Qualities:

Familiarity with decorative paint or interior contracting companies Hindi/Urdu language skills (a plus)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
