Technical Mechanical Site Engineer
Job Description
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai with proven record of completed projects under Tarakhees / Dubai authorities.
Strong knowledge of all types of mechanical calculations, including:
HAP calculation
Hydraulic calculation
Noise calculation
CFM calculation
Load (power) calculation
Voltage drop
Pipe sizing
Full experience in testing & commissioning, handover process, and authorities' inspections (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.).
Previous experience in coordinating with consultants and contractors for approvals and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
Review IFC drawings, specifications, and prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings.
Supervise and monitor site execution of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
Ensure compliance with Dubai codes, authority requirements, and project specifications.
Prepare and submit material submittals, RFIs, and inspection requests.
Manage testing, commissioning, snag list clearance, and final handover.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare documentation such as O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and close-out reports.
Driving license with car
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
