Job Description

Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of group villa construction/tier 1 contractors projects from concept to handover. Lead the design management process, including coordination between architects, structural, MEP, and landscape consultants. Review and validate technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards. Oversee value engineering processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient design solutions. Liaise with authorities and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.). Coordinate with procurement and construction teams for timely availability of drawings and technical submittals. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards, resolve technical issues, and provide expert solutions. Monitor and control changes in design scope, ensuring timely approvals and documentation. Mentor and guide technical teams to improve coordination, productivity, and quality. Prepare and present regular technical progress reports to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 12+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5+ years as a Technical Manager. Must have successfully managed at least 2 group villa projects in the same capacity (project value, scale, and complexity should be relevant to UAE standards). Strong knowledge of local authority regulations, technical standards, and construction practices in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and project management software. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
