Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Technical Manager - Structural

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring

10+ years of proven structural engineering experience in the UAE

, with in-depth knowledge of local authority regulations, international codes, and high-rise, mixed-use, and commercial project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural engineering design and technical delivery for complex building projects from concept to construction. Oversee and review structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and constructability. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors, to ensure integrated design solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and CAD/Revit technicians. Liaise with Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.) for design approvals and compliance. Manage client relationships, project timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Conduct value engineering, risk assessments, and constructability reviews.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience in Dubai

, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. In-depth knowledge of local building codes and authority submission procedures. Proven experience leading technical teams and managing multidisciplinary coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. UAE Society of Engineers registration and Dubai Municipality approval is highly desirable.
