Job Description

Key Responsibilities Technical & Design Management

Lead and manage the marble draftsman team for shop drawings, cutting lists, and layouts. Review and approve marble shop drawings, sections, details, and installation drawings before submission. Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, approved materials, and IFC drawings. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for technical clarifications and approvals.
Project Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, production, and procurement teams. Review BOQs, tender drawings, and specifications for technical accuracy and feasibility. Support material selection, stone finishes, thicknesses, and fixing methods. Ensure drawings are issued as per project schedules to avoid site delays.
Site & Execution Support

Provide technical support to site teams during installation and execution. Attend technical meetings, mock-up reviews, and inspections as required. Resolve technical issues related to marble, stone fixing, joints, profiles, and tolerances.
Quality & Compliance

Ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and company quality procedures. Review method statements, material submittals, and samples related to marble works. Monitor revisions and ensure latest approved drawings are issued to site.
Team Leadership

Supervise, guide, and mentor the draftsman team to improve efficiency and accuracy. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct technical reviews and provide corrective guidance when needed
